In order to transfer an out of state driver's license, you will be required to provide the following information:
1. A valid out of state driver's license
2. Your social security card or a valid social security number.
3. Proof of Georgia residency in the form of a bank statement, a utility bill, etc.
4. Proof of identy in the form of a certified birth certificate, a valid passport, an immigration card, etc.
5. Proof of citizenship in the form of a certified birth certificate or immigration documentation.
